How to ship from an US website to Canada ?

Hi.

I just wanted to know if there's any way to ship from an American website (Amazon.com) to a Canadian adress ? Because prices on PC hardware are so expensive on Amazon.ca compare to Amazon.com.

If no, which is the best canadian electronic retailler ? TigerDirect, Newegg, NCIX ?

I live in Quebec (I don't know if that matters)

Amazon.com does ship to Canada and even publishes the shipping rates to Canada.

In Canada we get charged more because of the lack of competition and those companies know they can get away with charging more.
