Is this a good first build? + need a PSU

Is this a good build? My budget is £600 (can go over a little but if needed) also I need a Suitbale PSU to go with this build.. The total of all this totals £548. So could somebody tell me a good PSU for this please.

This is my build

CPU: Amd fx6300
Motherboard: Asus M5A97 L.E 2.0
Ram: Kingston HyperX DDR3 8gb 1600mhz
GPU: XFX R9 280x 3gb
HDD: WD Caviar Blue 1tb
Optical Drive: Samsung 24x DVD writer
Case: Coolermaster N200 USB3.0 Micro-ATX

Looks great!
If I were you, I would swap out the 280X for an XFX HD 7970, I don't know about where you are but over in the UK they're cheaper than the 280X and you get better bang for your buck.
