The Fans all works. When power up no signal for the Monitor and Keyboard.
My config :-
-T925-3084 Thermaltake Chaser A31 Gaming ATX Mid-Tower Case
-AMD FD8350FRHKBOX FX-8350 Eight-Core 4GHz AM3+ Processor - AM3+, Eight-Core, 4GHz, 16MB, 125W, Unlocked
-Patriot Viper 3 Series 16GB Desktop Memory Module Kit - DDR3, 2 x 8GB, 2400MHz, PC3-19200, 240 Pin, 1.65V (PV316G240C0KBL)
-Western Digital WD Blue WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Bare Drive – OEM
-U12-42507 ULTRA LSP SERIES V2 750W ATX POWER
-SanDisk Ultra Plus 256GB SSD - For Notebooks, SATA III, Up To 530 MB/s Read Speed
-ASUS/GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
-PowerColor AX7870 2GBD5-2DHV2 Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16

Maybe the PSU.
So you need to make sure 1) connect the 2X 6pin pcie power connectors to the HD7870. 2) The MB only can support up to 2000Mhz speed, also try one stick RAM first to see you can boot the PC.
If you try those and pc doesn't boot, then maybe the PSU, or MB.

There's no mention as to what the bios version. Evidently it will be hard to tell. But I have a guess that it's not got an upto date bios and would need flashing. Only way round is by putting an older processor ie phenom II or something. Put the updated bios on a USB to upgrade it.

Have you solved this one yet? I have the same board as you and upgraded to the 8350 from a Phenom II. I had this same problem. All i did was to put the old Phenom back in, go to the bios and reset it to factory settings.

Revision 1.1 or older needs a bios flash for this cpu to work on it. You need version F9 or newer.
