oc fx 8350 to 5.0ghz what is voltage set

i have it oc to 5.04ghz the cpu manual voltage is at 1.5
and the cpu/nb manual voltage is at 1.187500
i get into os and execute prime 95 stress test and the hardware fails and locks up system. what needs to change. cuz i know its only the voltage..
does anyone have any voltage specs i can base this off?
my mp is 21
and my front side bus is 240

You need to raise the voltage even more.

And every chip is different--they will all need different voltages to run a certain frequency. No way to tell you what voltage you have to use. Only you can figure that out.

hi thanks for your reply, does this mean that a max voltage setting wont work also? i tried setting the voltage to max allowed for cpu 1.556v on the core and the cpu/nb is at 1.18*** and it still crashes the stress test and locks pc up.. im very confused.

Maybe raise the NB voltage more. But from the looks of it, you can't get a high enough voltage to power 5 GHz.
