Hi all I need some help. Its that time of year again and I am thinking of buying 1 or 2 new components. I have a budget of £130 to spend. I will list out my computer stats at the moment. Hope fully you guys could help. ^^

I5 3470 3.2-3.6Ghz

8Gb Kingston Ram 1600mhz

Nvidea Gtx 660oc 'Kfa2'

Asus p8H 61-M LE

320 Gb hard drive

500W power supply

I want to be able to play the latest, and new games of 2014. My birthday is not long after Christmas so any suggestions are welcome. :)

-Thanks

Hmm, not much to upgrade for that budget to be honest. I'd probably start by making sure you have a solid infrastructure for your rig. I.e., make sure your case is large enough for future upgrades, and your PSU has enough wattage and is a good enough quality for them as well. It doesn't do anything for current performance, but it's needed just the same.

You could also buy a 1tb HDD, or a 120/128gb SSD too. It won't help you play better, but your load times will decrease and the system will just feel faster. Even if you had the budget, it wouldn't really be worth upgrading the Cpu/motherboard because the benefit in performance wouldn't justify the money spent.

Maybe try and get at least an nVidia 760/770 video card, or Radeon 280x/7970(ghz edition or non) to run the games. It'll run more than £130 though, and depending on the quality of your PSU, you might need to upgrade that first.
