Is this GPU overkill for 1360*768? I was going to get a $140 card, until I saw that this one comes with Battlefield 4 for free, a game I was going to buy anyways. So in the ends they are both $200.

One thing is my monitor is only 60hz. Will this deliver so much power that I will see screen tearing? I want to max all modern titles out at 60fps. Will this gpu do it or am I overspending? Cheers.

I don't think you're really overspending, I think that card is really good, and at that resolution will be able to max out everything with no problems. I don't think it's really overkill, if you want to play newest games on ultra.
Given that price is not really an issue, you should get it (if your PSU is strong enough).
Also, maybe some time in the future you might want to upgrade the monitor, and it would be nice to have a gpu that can handle it.

Also, can your CPU handle newest titles at ultra? That is something you should check as well, I believe.
No screen tearing or any problems, just get that card =)

yea its more power then needed but you most likely upgrade to 1080p or higher for better textures cause i had plenty 768p screens and 1080p is a big inprovement from it and 1200p is even better cause i got that now on my laptop and a free game bf4 (30$ ) ill take it
