I bought a bunch of parts for a new high end build on Black Friday. I had heard good things about Corsair PSU's, and I saw the CX750M on sale, so I bought it. However, after doing some more research, I learned that the CX series are low end PSU's. If anyone owns one or has any insight on whether or not I should return it, that would be great.

You are correct in that the CX line of PSUs aren't that great, but with 750W, you should be fine with that rig.

If it helps, I've been running a CX600 in my wife's rig for the last 2 years with no problem. So personally, I've never had any problems with a CX PSU.

There have been some issues with the CX series, but from what I've seen, on the lower wattage PSU's. That PSU will handle that CPU / GPU just fine.

I wouldn't exactly call the psu a low end model. The Corsair CX series modular power supplies are relatively new and a very good value for individuals on a budget. Corsair did a good job of balancing performance, quality, and value. Competent technical reviews have been very favorable. Considering it is a modular psu that was on sale, you're getting your money's worth.

I checked the total power requirements for a computer system equipped with a single EVGA GTX 780. EVGA recommends a 600 watt psu for all of their GTX 780 models.

I recommend keeping the power supply.

A very nice build.
On the psu, I think you are fine.
750w has sufficient reserve power for a GTX780.
It is an ok tier 3 unit on this list:

Every psu will have some number of returns, even the very best.

If I were to return anything, it would be the H80i in favor of a good air cooler.
