HELP! PC bottleneck

Hello everyone

My specs are:
Motherboard- ASUS z77-pro V
RAM- 16GB corsair vengeance
CPU- intel i7-3770
GPU- Dual evga 660 ti SC in SLI
SSD- samsung 840 pro 256gb
HDD- 1.5TB

I install and play all my games on my ssd but when playing crysis 3 or even tomb raider on full, I still get lag at some cut scenes. How can I tell of I'm bottlenecking somewhere??

I was thinking that because im running SLI, it will slow my cards to 8x opposed to 16x but it seems that people are saying that isn't really much of an issue

Seems to me you pretty much have everything needed so that the game would run as smoothly as possible.
Basically the SLI is the only thing that comes to might which might be at fault. Otherwise it should run smoothly all the way.

I was thinking of selling my 2 660's and getting a 780
