I have a very strange problem with Crysis 3. If I set shadows to anything but very high I get this texture/shadow flickering all over the place. Once I revert to very high setting for shadows its all gone. I tried many different combos of video settings and it comes down to shadows - they r causing the problem unless they are set to very high.
GPU is Asus dc2 r9 280x with catalyst 13.11 9.4 beta and win 8.1.
