Weird sound coming from what sounds like hard drive area

Hi,
Please watch the videos and can someone help pinpoint what these noises are. They arent fans rubbing together and they seem to happen more during idle or web browsing.

is this a typical broken hard drive sound? I have been unable to find this anywhere else on the internet.

Yes, I got some of them in the garage, sounds similar like that, it's hardware fail, it's not HDD Board so u can replace it and continue works, if it's cheap one, throw it away and buy new.

Its the Seagate Hard drive. Its a common problem with them.
