My computer shuts down when the graphics card is running at full power on a game or rendering/watching HD movies.
It just freezes and shows loads of frozen pixels or it shuts the computer down and restarts, sometimes it stalls on startup after the crash.

Could it be the PSU or Graphics card?

I tried my brothers PSU in my motherboard, i ran a gpu stress test and ran Prime 95 at the same time, His power supply bust and no longer works all of a sudden, what's wrong with my system?
It could be motherboard, gpu, cpu anything, i need help asap

I would just suspect the PSU, but it honestly could have been either, I would have put your GPU in your bro's computer long before I swapped PSUs (GPU swap is much easier), but that is still my suggestion drop your GPU in your brother's computer and see if it freezes, if not then it your PSU, if so then its your GPU
