Install BIOS on first boot

Hey guys!
I just got my new motherboard, a MSI Z77 MPower. I've installed everything, and it's working just fine. But I really don't know, how I install the BIOS, from the CD that I got with the motherboard. When I try to set the boot priority too the CD reader, it just loads and then later on says that there is no operating system.
Please help!

You already have a BIOS so no need all you need is the drivers which you install under windows!

Yeah. So, i got it running, now…
I want too have a quick boot on my new ssd drive, but I still want all my games, music, programs etc. on my old HDD drive, which they are already on.
Is there any way, that I can get my old user from the HDD, to the new SSD?
I just want it too load games from the HDD, and load BIOS, operating system etc. from the SSD.
