Downloading Steam installers

Quick question. Can't quite find the answer I'm looking for on Google.

Is there any way I can download game installers for Steam? Let me explain:

We currently have expensive, capped internet at home (renting and can't upgrade until we move next year). Work has no issues with me downloading pretty much whatever I want. What I'm after is a way of downloading the installers (or game files) at work without having to install the games themselves on my work machine.

Anyone got any ideas?

Nope no way at all to do that. Steam does not have a downloadable installer for any game every one of them are network installed with no exception that I have ever seen with over 300 games in my library. The only way I could think of doing that would be to setup Steam at work and have the games download to a external USB drive and then take that home and move/copy the SteamApps folder to your Steam folder when you get home. But of course that would mean having to install and log into your Steam account at work.
