PSU recommendations for new build

I'm doing an itx build and I have a question about my PSU. Here are the specs first:
I7 4770k OC to around 4.5-4.8ghz
Gtx 780 or 780ti
Asus z87i-deluxe
Corsair h100i
Bitfenix Phenom Itx
1 ssd
1 7200rpm hdd
16 gb corsair vengeance

I was looking at a seasonic x 650 watt 80+ gold PSU and I was wondering if that'd do the job for the system with the over clock. The model # is SS-650KM. Any input is welcome.

650w should be fine for the 780, but might be a little weak for the ti. I think I'd go with at least 750 just to have a little headroom.

I'd like to spend around 100-120$ USD

Corsair HX750
Seasonic SSR-750RM
XFX P1-750B-BEFX Pro
Corsair AX760

Any one of these. A 780 needs ~250w at load, the ti probably closer to 300. 750w will give you plenty of headroom, including o/c. If you have plans to sli, go to an 850w.

The reference 780 and 780Ti are both 250W, just to let you know....of course custom PCB with beefed up power systems will require more, like the new EVGA Kingpin, Gigabyte GHz Edition and so on....
