I have asked this question before, but there was some contraversy. I want a solid answer. Will this be able to run bf4 on ultra at about 60 fps at 1080p? What fps will it run on at high?

Also, this is the max amount of money that I am willing to spend. If you know of any, are there any other desktops at or below this price that will allow to make the game run better? Thanks

I know it's sold out

Solution
I can see why it's sold out. That is one of the better packages I have seen over there. That IS the Battlefield Edition, and I would imagine it would play it rather nicely.

This would be a cheaper alternative. It also includes Windows 7

You get BF4 for free

Yes that an great system for playing games like BF4 . What kind of graphics quality and speed you get is determined as much by your monitors resolution . More pixels = more work for the computer to do .

You could save some on that build by using a UD3 motherboard , a case in the $60 range like the Antec 302 , and perhaps a 600- 650 watt psu which is what it needs to run well

lol Yeah, it doesn't take a very long time. Updating the OS and stuff can take a while. Once I have the case prepped and the Motherboard set up, it goes pretty fast. I usually spend an afternoon doing it. I have a very nice HP lappy, that needs a motherboard ( that I have ), but can't get motivated to mess with that thing.

The processor with a stock clock of 4.0 Ghz is good, plus it has a very good graphics card. Actually, the only drawback I can see is your internet connection speed as far as the MMO thing goes. The hardware package is good.

Here's what I got. I chose the fx 8320 because it's is a 8350 that wasn't factory clocked. I could just manually overclock it so it is equal to it

I noticed that they ran that against the 3470 Ivy Bridge. Multithread performance would be a bot more with the AMD as you are looking at 8 cores as opposed to a quad core. Had they used an i7 3770, those numbers may have been a bit different. Having said that, AMD still does tend to be a bit better on Multithreading stuff, whereas Intel still holds the lead as far as overall performance. That 8320 is being used quite a bit in builds these days and the ones that I am aware of that have used it, are quite happy with it. The one drawback with Intel, is that they tend to be a bit overpriced. Personally, I have never used an AMD. When I am ready to do another build or upgrade, price is not a factor as I am ready to pay the freight. Although I use Intel, I am not a fanboy like some are and will recommend AMD if the budget is of concern. That was a god link, but don't understand why they used the Intel Processor they did.
