For a single GTX 760? 500 watts is all you need. Even with overclocking.

Of the 2 you listed? The Corsair HX. Both are good though and both are way more than you need.

Both of them are overkill for that rig, however I must say the Corsair has better efficiency, better voltage regulation, and ultra-low noise and ripple levels.
