I just bought a amd fx vishea 8320 and I seems to jump to 100 percent every 5 seconds and my computer has slowed down compared to the amd parathanon 11 "sorry for misspelling". I have 16 gbs installed to thats that a problem. any help would be great thanks.

This is a longshot, and I haven't done it on a FX CPU, but back when I had a 1055T I would get the same issue you are having. How I fixed it was I downloaded the AMD OverDrive utility and installed it. On the scene where you see all CPU activity you should see a green circle (and in your case it might have a red ring around it) in the upper right corner. Click that, and it should solve your issue. If it doesn't, I'm kind of at a loss.
