Not that good of a cooler for the money. The Noctua NH-U14S makes a nice cooler for a reasonable price, have you thought about water, an AIO perhaps?

Everything else looks great! Why 3 x 4 on memory, do you already have a stick of this? And just for the heck of it I would look at the ASUS Hero or Pro for a MB, great quality....

Most of your cost is the 780ti and I agree on his Noctua cooler suggestion, and I like ASRock motherboards the best but the Hero is a good board too, it is a high end computer and the price is okay I guess, and you could go with a RAM kit of 4x4GB, I would at least and that is what endeavor27a was talking about
