So I just bought and put together my first gaming computer. I know about the electro discharge and do not think that is the reason. So here's what's happening.

Both the rear fan and CPU heat sink fan are running, theres no beeping on start up because i dont have an internal speaker thing. When I connected a keyboard it lights up and responds when I press caps lock. I've checked that troubleshooting guide for the most part but i have no idea what's going on. Please someone shed some light, this is very frustrating because I spent a lot on this. Here's the parts lists.

Edit: unless the motherboard has a beeper and i just dont hear it. **
Edit2: I was going through the different rams trying one in each slot, when i turned it on it blinked then shut off and wont power back on. What could have caused that as well? I'm extremely frustrated at this point lol.
