potential bottlenecking in this computer?

At quick glance it decently balanced. I didn't see any mention of a cooling solution, so I'm thinking it's going to be using a stock cooler. That limits your overclocking options, so I do think the video card will outshine the processor. If you do manage to upgrade the cooling, or find that you can manage a decent overclock with the stock cooler than I think it will be a nice match up.
