Need a final once over for a new build

My budget was 800$ and I have built a computer with days of research. I need to be 100% sure everything is good before I order the parts. I dont plan on overclocking so no need to address that, and the zip ties and screws are objects of my paranoia and ocd.
All other feedback is greatly appreciated!

Everything is good really. If you wanted to squeeze it under $800 you could swap the 4670 for one of the cheaper i5s and save yourself up to around $35. The performance difference is marginal at best.
4570 for example, is only 0.2Ghz slower, $20 cheaper, and still has the same turbo mode as the 4670.
Even the 4430/4440, which have a slightly reduced turbo function are still going to be near impossible to differentiate in terms of performance.
