I need help picking a GPU

ASRock 960GM/U3S3 FX Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard
G.Skill Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

I need help picking a GPU for this build that would help play newer games (Skyrim/BF3) on decent settings. I am doing a budget build for a challenge.
(I already have the keyboard, mouse, and OS)

Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 Performs slightly better than HD 7850 but it cant beat the performence of HD 7870.
HD 7870 OC Twin Frozer is my Favourite GPU for budget gaming.
This GPU can play BF4 on High-Ultra Settings.
This is best GPU so fat at its Price.

Yeah.!
MSI Radeon HD 7790 OC edition is the best GPU at its price.
It will play Skyrim/BF3 on decent settings even it will play BF4 also on little low resolution.
This is a good choice.
but make sure that you've enough PSU for this GPU.

I don't have a real budget. The challenge is to have it be the most powerful at the cheapest price. I could only find it in 1gb though. so I found a R7850 Twin Frozr 2GD5/OC instead
