So I just built a new machine for Battlefield 4 a few weeks ago, and it looks awesome in game on Ultra everything, but it's running extremely hot. It also seems to be running much MUCH faster than the ~4.0GHz it is supposed to be running at. I didn't mess with Overclocking at all (at least I don't think I did..) I just put the machine together, and turned it on. It's currently clocking at ~4330 MHz.
I'm running at 35-37 degrees idle, and 64-70 in Battlefield 4 (with everything on ultra). If I turn it down to High graphics it still will go over 65 degrees, but if I go down to medium it drops to 60-62 ish. I don't know how to set my cpu to 4000 mhz so its not running so hot, because I never messed with it to begin with. My case should have more than enough airflow, and I have friends with nearly the same build as me who aren't having issues, so I'm a bit confused why mines running so hot and so fast.
Side note: My video card runs at about 60-65 with settings at Ultra in BF4 also, but I've heard that's about normal and CPU shouldn't be hotter than GPU.

I just got 2 extra Corsair case fans today but could only plug one of them in until I get a PWM splitter, so I pointed the new one directly at the CPU on the side of the case but it didn't seem to help much. Should I try having it blow out instead of in? I was going to put the other new one on the top blowing out, figuring it'd help cool the case down helping the hot air go out the top, and pulling cool air in the side and bottom (where the air vents are). I'm completely new to AMD, and have never messed with overclocking ever, in my 20 years of building pc's (mostly my own) so any help would be appreciated. I don't want to burn up my new cpu too fast, so I'd rather just clock it down to what its supposed to be, ~4.0GHz.
