(PLEASE HELP) New graphics card not working

hi, i purchased a new Asus AMD Radeon hd 7750

iv put the card into the pc. installed it but i keep getting errors (fail to load dlls. please install vga driver) iv installed the cd and i keep getting the error.

let me make this clear I AM A COMPLETE pc noob i cant find the drivers on amd.com

i went to canyourunit.com and it says i still have my default Radeon hd 8400 (intergrated)

please help me. what have i done wrong?

do i need that driver??

iv uninstalled the software that came with the GPU restarted and re downloaded the software its still not working.

my pc is a Dell DX4375G-UW20

The link here http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows+7+-+64 will provide you with a page to download the Catalyst software which will include your driver.

When you installed the new card, you did change the video cable over to the new card?

i have a pcie x16 connection.

every time i restart the computer there is about a 20 second delay after pc turns on before the monitor will turn on..

iv tried to get into BOIS but i cant

what video cable?

it only wants to run my intergrated card and keeps say "fail to load dlls. please install vga

it doesnt take a power supply connection

turn off computer

Take the 7750 out, restart your system.

uninstall all video drivers, clean everything.

turn off computer

put the 7750 back in, hook up your monitor to it.

turn computer on

go into bios, disable the built in video card

set starting video to PEG

install the drivers for the 7750 as per the website link not the ones on the CD.

enjoy.

i truly hope this works. iv uninstalled cd drivers and the asus driver. i will give it a shot

do i uninstall integrated driver if it has one?

i bought pc new without a OS CD and i dont have any back ups.

i cant get any solutions to work, iv googled, watch youtube videos.. i cant figure it out.

i believe item might be defective. im just returning it.

maxalge gets the solution for most detailed and easy instructions..
