best $200 gpu for my i3540 460w

my componenets
i3540 3.07ghz, collermasterextreme460w psu, 4gbram, 1400x900 monitor
1st option: GD7850 but it requires 500w+ (not enough$ for psu)
2nd option: HD6950 2gb+550-600w PSU
3rd option: EVGA GTX 650 Ti SSC 2 GB (my 460w can handle)

in that case go with the 2nd option

your PSU is not very good quality, and I am concerned that if it is overloaded it will destroy your components. since it is out of warranty now, it probably has a few years of service already and the real output has diminished (normal for any PSU). thus getting a 6950 would give you a similar performance, but save you enough money to get a new PSU

its now within warranty. What are the signs that my psu can't handle the 7850?, or worst case scenario will it destroy my gpu or motherboard etc? thanks
