Solution
SSD, HDD, CPU, OS - Doesn't matter for aesthetics.
PSU - Just take the sticker off.
Mobo - Have a look at the Gigabyte G1 boards.
Kinda stuck on the screen
Mouse - Razer Deathadder 2013
Mousepad - Razer Goliathus
Headphones - Razer and Turtle Beach come to mind
Keyboard - Here is where I don't recommend Razer, get a Ducky Shine III with a green backlight.
Case - Whatever, just replace any stock LED fans with green ones. Look into the NZXT Hue
RAM - Crucial Ballistix have green LED's, though plain black RAM is probably better.
CPU Cooling - Nothing green I can think of out of the box, maybe get yourself a Xigmatek Dark Knight and add your own green fans on. Bitfenix Spectre Pro's look pretty good and perform well.

With the PSU, you...

You might as well go with a 4670k and a z87 board. Either way, you also need to look into a CPU cooler, whether you want an air cooler or an AIO liquid cooler is up to you (I prefer the AIO solution). Maybe also get a 780 Ti that has an aftermarket cooler already installed.

Unless you are going to go tri sli in the future or something, that power supply is way overkill. If you plan on running a second 780 in the future, you could grab a 850w or so power supply, and have plenty of room for overclocking and such. If you arent gonna to add a second card and overclock heavily, you really dont need anything more than a 600w for the build youve listed.

With a 4.6ghz OC on my 4770k, 780 GTX OC, 3 ssd's. 2 hdd, 12 total fans and a 27" Apple cinema Display at full brightness will not exceed 440W at the wall while gaming (keep in mind the monitor is around 100W~ as well as the power loss at the PSU) I just bought a 1000W seasonic Platinum rated PSU (overkill I know) for a second GPU and when and if I upgrade to 6 core possible 8 core machine. I did only pay $48 for it brand new, using points from my Visa credit card and selling my old 600W EVGA for $50 (that's my defense).

With the PSU, you could get a 650W on this machine and be fine. 850W if you want to SLI in another card down the line.
