Hello guys I have a little problem, the thing is, everytime I try to copy a file to another partition, windows ask permission to do it, why so? folders and partitions have "total control" permission for all users and of course, UAC is already disabled. Please some help!

When you disable the UAC, it does not disable Windows' built-in LUA feature, which means that users are still limited users with no true administrative access.
