cant sign into windows 7

Time to ask what you are doing wrong.

For example have you used a Caps on the first letter of the password and all the rest are in lower case.
Have I got my numbers mixed up.
Changed the password and forgot it changed.

Looked at the hint message to jog my memory.

Is it in fact your computer, and not part of a network where the admin has changed it to prevent usage of it by a person.
We also have to ask if the computer is even your own, and could in fact be stolen.

So how could we help, we simply do not know what the case is.
And the problem is there are ways to by pass this problem but due to the latter above most people will not help.

You can see the problem painful as it is to have a computer that is password protected.
But the goal is to protect it from prying eyes isn`t it.

For example as an Admin of a network I know many work a rounds.
But I would not disclose them due to security issues ect and protecting clients data.
unless I can verify the person I am dealing with is honest and true, who and what they say they are ect.

That`s just me though.
