What do I do for my bios

I am doing my first build and saw that I needed to clear my cmos and that sometimes the mobo might have some crazy defaults put on it. So I cleared and now I have no idea what I need to set for my system. I'm going to be using this for gaming but probably not going to play with overclocking just yet.

mobo: Z87 GD65
cpu: I5-4670k
gpu: XFX CORE Edition FX-777A-ZNF4
4GB ram: G.SKILL Ripjaws X DDR3 1866
psu: Corsair GS700
Boot drive ssd: 840 Pro Series MZ-7PD128BW
Storage HDD:1 TB WD AV-GP WD10EURX
OS: Windows 7

So are the defaults okay to use? Will it automatically apply recommended settings? I only looked into what I would need to build the computer and how to safely install everything so all the software side of this is confusing me.
