I just switched my computer out of its HP case into a larger Rosewill Challenger. After I got everything plugged back in (at least to my knowledge) and turned the computer on I get a boot disk error. I have tried hitting F2, no luck. Is it possible I broke the Hard drive in moving it, or what am I missing? Thanks.

try pushing the cables to make sure they are all seated properly.

No, that wasn't it either. Any other suggestions? Is there a specific SATA port it needs to plug into?

you picked my answer as best solution.......... and then you said it didn't work....................... is it working or not? and did you check all connections throughout? (power/sata, etc. )

did you plug it into the same sata port it came out of?.............. not sure it would matter unless that particular sata port is not enabled in the BIOS for some reason.

you checked the HD cables and cd-rom cables on the device and on the board?

Yea, sorry I accidentally clicked the best solution button and didn't know how to undo it. I did check the cables and didn't see an issue, but I will run over them again tonight and report back.
