Recently, I had my hard drive replaced due to it being faulty. Now I am trying to retrieve all my files from my old hard drive by USB. However, although I can see most of my files, I cannot find word documents, photos, videos or any other folder that one would usually find in the 'Libraries' section of 'My Computer'.
The documents in the library are of vital importance, but I cannot seem to find them on the external hard drive. Are they hidden? Or are they really gone forever?
