They are both 'ATX' size form factor, so yes, that motherboard will fit in that case.
That is how you tell if a motherboard and case is compatible is by it's 'form factor'. ATX, microATX and mini-ITX are the most common sizes. A mini-ITX case could not fit an ATX or microATX motherboard in it because they would be too big for the case.
Going the other way, an ATX case can often house not only ATX motherboards, but smaller form factors as well. You always have to confirm, as each case is different, but it's common for ATX cases to be compatible with both ATX and micro-ATX motherboards for example.
