I'm running Dual Radeon 7950s, and the primary one is being used by 4 monitors while the second is not being used by any monitors.

I tried to split them between the GPUs, but whenever I did I always got errors and Windows changing to the ugly Aero theme. (I think Aero at least, the one for better optimization)

I've been setting up my rig to mine Litecoins, and when looking in GPU-Z I noticed my primary card running at default clock speeds ( http://i.imgur.com/q2QFvgl.png )

And my second GPU running really low ( http://i.imgur.com/0POO29p.png )

I tried going into Overdrive on Catalyst & MSI Afterburner, but neither would let me look at the second GPU. Only showed and would let me "overclock" the primary one.

Is it because I have no monitors running on it? I think it being such a low clock speed it why Windows wanted me running Aeros with monitors on it. Not sure though.

Are these 7950s in Crossfire or are they both just sitting in there? And are these clocks at idle or load?

Not running Crossfire, too many driver issues.

And the one's idle I suppose, the others maintaining 4 Monitors and I use it for gaming daily.

Well, if it's at idle, it won't be at its highest clocks. Try putting it under load by mining or something and check the clocks again.
