Is the Corsair Vengeance 2x4gb work the same without using dual channel ? are the dual channel 2x better than not using dual channel ? i cant use dual channel because the Cooler Master X6 cpu cooler. i bought this cooler just because it got promo from 299$ to only 99$ (My country money ofcourse Ringgit Malaysia) or just not using dual channel with 2x4gb vg ram still work fine ?

Yes, it could. You want the hot air that your CPU generates to flow toward your rear case fan and exhausted from the inside of your case.

You can certainly move your fan to other side of the heatsink and have it pull air thru the heatsink, and then out thru the rear case fan. This will free up the space over your RAM and allow you to install DIMMs into the proper slots to support dual channel operations.

if i put the fan towards rear case it mean it would suck air from rear exhaust right ? then should i re-apply thermal paste or not ?

You flip the fan over (meaning you may have to remove the fan brackets and move to the other side of the fan) so the airflow blows toward the rear case fan. If you remove the heatsink from the CPU, then yes, you need to clean the old thermal paste and replace it.
