So the rig I'm Buying has these components:
i5 4570
Msi B85 Gaming Series Mobo
Gtx 770 Asus DirectCUii
Corsair TX650M Modular
Crucial Ballistix Tactical Tracer 8gb
Western Digital Caviar Black 1tb
Adata XPG SX900 128gb
NZXT Phantom 410

My Question is:
I have money to upgrade only one component, and keep in mind I haven't Built the rig yet.
Should I pick:
Corsair TX650M --> Seasonic X650 Gold
Or
Adata XPG SX900 128gb --> Samsung 840 Evo 120gb

Solution
Both of those swaps you want. Do them.

The Samsung uses more reliable NAND and the Seasonic is considerably better in efficiency than the TX.

The rest of your build is solid.

judging from the cpu and mobo combo - you won't be overclocking,
and the PSU is enough - i think it has a 54Amp 12v rail so that's more than enough for this graphics card
and it's haswell compatible:

if you have the choice get the seasonic but the corsair is 100% fine and won't give you trouble...
