Graphics Card heating up and hanging system

Hi i got my new HIS R9 270x and Cooler master GX 550W but it is overheating i have intel DB75EN motherboard and 8gb kingston Ram and 64Bit windows7. It normally runs ok but as soon as i start playing some game like Assassin Creed Black Flag it runs not more than 2 minutes. I checked GPU temperature using GPUZ it is showing temperature rising and going above 90 degree during gameplay. GPU normal temperature is 27 degree and after gameplay it rises until the system hangs and shows black screen. I downloaded latest drivers from AMD site but still issue persists what should i do???????

if u could replace the card it would be a lot better and i recommend the sapphier vapor-x or an msi version of the same card the vapor-x goes to 77 degrees MAXIMUM celsius underload and the msi also
