Hey Guys.

I recently picked up a XFX Radeon 280x 3gb.
It's a beast of a card and its bloody massive.

I'm not very experienced with computer hardware i just know the gist of things.
I removed my extremely old school Radeon HD 6570 that doesn't even require a power source to it.
And i placed in this beautiful card, It could barely fit in my case.
It came with 2 black cables to power it but they don't reach my PSU and they also don't connect to anything I have in there.

Can my PSU even give this thing power? Do I just need to pick up 2 extra cords ?
Or do I need an entirely new PSU.

It's a 600W OCZ ModXStream Pro
here's a link: http://ocz.com/consumer/psu/modxstream-pro-500w-700w-power-supply/specifications

Any feedback would be great cheers! Zac.

You see 3 of the black ports are taken to power my hard drives and cd player, however there is nothing plugged into the red ports, what are they for?

So basically all I need is 2 cords, plug them into the red ports and straight into the GPU?
Which cords exactly do I need?

I don't have anymore cables I dont think it came with that.
I appreciate your help but answer me one last thing, sorry if this is frustrating but Do I simply need to purchase 2 cords for the red ports, one that has an 8 pin end and one that has a 6 pin end, and plug it straight from the red port to the GPU?
