So far I've searched several times on internet about my system compatibility about video card and as an average i got result as Nvidia 540 GT-610 GT would be fine. I want to make it conform that graphic card from this range would be best for my pc.

NOTE: I won't be changing my Power Supply or any other component so answer accordingly. Suggest a better graphic card if my PC can support it.

Well your system has several limiting factors

1) That cpu is way too old for todays standards and it's an older generation i3. Would be okay if you at least had an i7. It is a dual core and the reason why your system sees it as 4 is because it has 4 threads.

2) Your motherboard socket is limiting you from installing a newer gen chip

3) Your psu, which I dont think has any pci express power connectors, at least a 6 pin which most mid range graphics cards require

You could look at a 7750 which gets all its power from the pci express slot and it should be faster than the gt 540, heres one you could look at

1) Actually the old i3 540 is not bad and overclocks like a champ. I have a small mATX secondary system with one running at 4Ghz and it runs the vast majority of games just fine.

2) True, but irrelevant, nothing has been said about upgrading the CPU.
