I have a prebuilt PC, the eMachines ET1358.
I'd like to upgrade my graphics card because I feel that it is my bottleneck in gaming.
Is the Nvidia GeForce GT630 compatible with this?

Chipset: Nvidia nForce 430
Processor: AMD Athlon II X2 220
Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce 405
Power supply: 250W
RAM: 4GB DDR3
I'm quite new to upgrading computers, but I have managed to remove my current graphics card and put it back, so I should be able to change it.
