Which one of these two laptops is the better buy? Thank you in advance

If you plan on gaming, then the acer would be better. Right now 750m isn't doing so great on 1080p gaming already, plus the CPU is pretty weak, so you wouldn't get very good frame rates, but with the lower resolution and better CPU of Acer laptop, you'd have a bit more enjoyable frame rates.
Plus, in my opinion touchscreen is an unnecessary feature on laptops.
