I am in the market for a new machine, budget 1500 tops. I prefer the all-in-one because the touch screen appeals to me (have kids). I would also like the unit to make capturing/converting video from external devices a breeze. I have old VHS tapes that I have tried to convert using a Dell Inspiron with Dazzle capture and the quality is bad, way too many dropped frames. Not sure if it's the PC specs or the Dazzle device but I could never get it to work. So one of the reqirements of the new unit is that I will fairly easiily be able to capture VHS onto the machine. Is there an all-in-one that allows me to do this? If not, do any all-in-one's allow adding a capture card?. Way out of my comfort zone here so I appreciate the responses.
