So i'm pretty bad with computer hardware, and i was wondering if the RAM i was looking at was compatible with my computer.

My current RAM:
Memory Type: DDR3 PC3-10600, DDR3 PC3-12800, DDR3 (non-ECC)
Maximum Memory: 16GB
Currently Installed Memory: 4GB
Total Memory Slots: 2
Available Memory Slots: 0
(Copied from Crucial scanner)

And the one i was looking at was this:
CORSAIR 4GB DDR3 XMS3 VENGEANCE PC3-12800 1600MHZ CL9 (1X4GB)
(2 of them)

We would need to know what your motherboard make and model name is to know for sure.
You can look it up yourself from your motherboard's manual, just look in the section about adding more memory.
Generally speaking, I suspect that what you have chosen will work. But you may not be able to combine it with the old memory at the same time. (again, consult the manual)

OP has 2 slots he is going to populate them with 2 new modules of the same.
