Yes, my motherboard is a GA-MA785GMT-UD2H. So it supports the phenom II x4s and x6s. The problem is finding any for sale.

edit: Well, I am actually finding used ones on amazon and new ones for double the price they were selling for ....

All i can find on amazon or newegg are phenoms ii x4 for about 150 bucks and a single x6 to over 200... really, you shouldnt look at that. Maybe a worthly upgrade will be an FX 6300, it should be support by your mobo, check any bios update and read if it supported, then buy the new processor !

Yep that's what I'm finding everywhere I look, either discontinued or out of stock or about double the price they were selling for. And the ones that do seem to be priced right are used and without the cooling fans, which I haven't checked the prices on yet .... I may be better off just replacing the motherboard also, still looking though. :p
