I need a TWAIN compliant Epson 636U scanner driver for Windows 7 32 bit. Epson does not support Windows 7 for this scanner.

Epson does not provide win 7 drivers for that http://www.epson.com/cgi-bin/Store/support/supDetail.jsp?BV_UseBVCookie=yes&oid=14556&prodoid=9923&infoType=Downloads&detected=yes&platform=OSF_W_XP-32 so if win 7 can not find any by connecting to the www then it is obsolete.
