Here is my new Desktop Build, I'm on a Budget of $500. I would like to play Battlefield 4 on High at 1080p Resolutions with a minimum of 60 fps

Busting the budget by $20 but something like the below should see you through BF4 reasonably well.

Check out the chart below. This is high settings at 1080p. To go 1080p and 60fps with that GPU you will be looking more at low/medium settings.

That is what it is saying yes. You will be getting about 30 fps on high at 1080p with that graphics card.

One other thing to note is those scores were likely bench marked with a better processor than what you have selected so you may see a slight hit to the frame rates listed there.

On the plus side, these were from the BF4 beta so drivers may have been updated since then to give better performance. Although that wont be a massive boost.

I just gave my buddy an hd 7770, he coupled it with an AMD FX 8320. He only gets 60 frames if he has it on medium/high settings with no anti-aliasing, hbao off, msaa off. So if you want 60 frames with high presets, you'll definitely need a better card and a better cpu.

This should just about get you 60fps at high settings for BF4 and similar.
