New to building a pc, is this a good rig?

So i am new to building pc's, and i am not the best with that parts, i would just like to ask, is this a good rig? i am trying to keep it under 1300, but i will go to 1500 if needed. https://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=wish_lis...

Thank you nddz, i was planning to overclock and i was not too sure with the motherboard, i will be getting that now, thanks again for the input

Looks good IMO. Though if you had the money to spare you could add an SSD for OS/program storage. It speeds up your pc significantly, I can tell from experience. And if you're planning to overclock (as it seems from the components you have picked) you should consider some kind of (liquid) cooling.

I did not even think about further cooling, thank you for that reminder it will probably be needed, thanks. And i was considering a ssd, but i decided to see how it goes, and if i feel like i still have the spare cash i will be grabbing one thanks.
