I was thinking of building this and I was wondering if it'll all work especially with the power supply, I do not intend on OCing! I just need some opinions and feedback on if it is all going o work and if it needs any improvements. My main concern is power...will I need a 850 or 650w? Here's the build:
Case: Bitfenix prodigy M
Motherboard: ASUS M5A78L-M USB3
CPU: AMD Fx 8350 4.0ghz 8 core
CPU Cooling: Antec Kuhler H2O 620 Liquid Cooling
RAM: Corsair CML16GX3M2A1600C10 Vengeance Low Profile 16GB 1600Mhz
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 3.5
A DVD-RW Drive
GPU: AMD radeon r9 290x
MAIN CONCERN PSU: Corsair TXM850w

Will it all work? :D

Radeon R9-290X - requires 33 Ampere on +12V rail and a 600W PSU minimum.

Get this one :

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

And yes all the parts are fine, except the cooler, stay with air cooler its better and safe, I would suggest you :

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($29.26 @ OutletPC)
Total: $29.26
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

And you wont need 16GB of RAM, its a massive overkill and waste of money. Stay with 2 x 4 =8GB of RAM will be sufficient for your every need.
