Hi,
I am building a PC but I am not sure whether I will need a video card and a graphics card.

I thought they were the same thing. I know some motherboards can have integrated graphics already on but if you're into gaming or looking for high performance you should get a graphics card.

Yes you can run games fine, thats a good graphics card.
