Hi, I am graduating from college next week (hopefully) and I decided I would use some of my graduation money on upgrading my rig (and save the rest). The parts I'm looking are the cpu and motherbboard and subsequently a new case and migrate the rest of my parts from the old rigMy M, the current parts I have picked out are:

Case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
Mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

My budget for the parts is approximately $300-400 with the lower the better.

But before I pulled the trigger and bought them I want they were all compatible and if anyone has any better recommendations for parts?

Also I'm not currently interested in OCing (hence the turboboost cpu)

My current system is below:

PSU: Antec 550W BP550 Plus
CPU: AMD Phenom II x 4 970 (3.5ghz)
MB: MSI 760gm-E51
GPU: Asus GTX 760
RAM: Ripjaws Series 8GB 1333
OD: OEM DVD R/W

If you are not interested in OCing, then you dont need a Z-chipset mobo.

And about case. I'd recommend a Corsair 300R.

100% agree with this.
You may not be interested in OCing now, but in the future it can be helpful for you.

If I go with 3570k would this motherboard/cpu combo from newegg be a good combo or better to buy the parts individually?
