Would be great if you could give this the once over and leave some feedback on your thoughts.
I mostly use my pc for playing games such as Battlefeild 4, dayz and diablo but also use it for Auto CAD, not heavy usage, my current CPU deal with it most of the time.
But my CPU is really old now so looking for an upgrade and therefore a new motherboard as well.
Was thinking maybe the i7 would be better as it might last longer than the i5 before requiring a update, especially if new games are going to be using multithreading.

Asus Z87-K USB3.0 Motherboard
Intel Core i5 4670K Quad Core
Or Intel Core i7 4770K for £77 more
Could save money on the CPU and get a new Graphics card.
